No cleaning experience required. We hire for character, reliability, and a love of working with people. We’ll teach you everything else. If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, or any role where people counted on you to show up and do excellent work, we want to hear from you.

About The Role

• Full-time residential position: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends required)
• Paid training is provided to set you up for success
• Work independently after training – no on-call requirements
• Service areas include Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Forest Hills, Ada, Kentwood, Rockford, Standale, Wyoming, Hudsonville

What You’ll Need to Join the Team

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• A smartphone for schedules and team communication
• Ability to pass a background check and provide strong references
• Physical ability to stay active on the job (standing for extended periods, lifting up to or over 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and reaching)
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality—you show up and follow through

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes following our proven protocols
• Communicate professionally with clients, building trust and making them feel valued
• Manage your cleaning schedule efficiently and arrive at appointments on time
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are fully stocked
• Follow detailed checklists to maintain consistent, high-quality results across the team
• Share any client concerns or maintenance issues to management promptly
• Represent The Blissful Clean with professionalism and integrity
