It depends on the size of your home, its condition and how often you book. Weekly and biweekly visits usually cost less each time than monthly, because less builds up in between. Request a quote and we’ll give you a total for your home.
You’ll get an arrival window for your regular day. If an earlier appointment shifts it, we’ll let you know.
Yes, with 48 hours’ notice. Changes inside 48 hours carry a fee of 50% of the visit, and changes inside 24 hours or a lockout carry the full visit amount. Your cleaner’s pay is 100% protected through all last-minute cancellations.
We bring everything. If you’d rather we use your products, leave them out and let us know, and we’ll pass it on to your cleaner.
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge.
Tips are never required. If you’d like to, most clients tip 10% to 20%.
